The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has reviewed ATM transaction charges, and this is because the cost of operating an ATM efficiently is on the rise. | Here’s what is changing from March 1, 2025 ; - No matter the location in Nigeria, if you withdraw from any of our ATMs, you'd not be charged a fee .
- If you use another bank’s ATM , you will be charged ₦100 per 20,000 naira withdrawal .
- If you withdraw from any public ATM (e.g., ATMs in shopping malls, supermarkets, or fuel stations ) that don't belong to us, you will be charged ₦100 plus an extra charge of not more than ₦500 per 20,000 naira withdrawal . Don't worry —you’ll see the extra charge on the screen before you're debited.
- For international ATM withdrawals , the charge will be based on the amount set by the international provider.
